How We Doin?
My name is Ryan Pb Hebert! I am a Pokemon player, judge, tournament organizer, and commentator. I've created this hub as a place for players from all over to see a compiled list of tournaments each week they are being held!
I attempting this project with the hope that players, like myself, who are sometimes clueless about when tournaments are occurring, can find out when and where they are being held online! While there are plenty of resources for tournaments being held in real life, I can't find anything on collecting tournaments being held online!
Here is an example of how it is going to work!
Step 1: Are you a TO with a tournament to publicize?
If the answer is yes, I'll provide a sign up link on the blog and on my twitter each week to update the table for players to see!
Anyone can submit their tournament to have people play! Discord Servers, Organizations and more! No one is too big or too small to try and host a tournament!
Step 2: Once you have submitted the information via the link provided, I will update the table for players to see.
The table will start at the beginning of the week, and then continue from there until the end of the week.
Since this is new, I'll be trying out when to get information out for the following week so players can prepare in advance for upcoming events!
Depending on who submits tournaments, I might have different charts for different regions around the world based on timing of events!
Step 3: Once results from that tournament have been posted, such as a graphic for the Top Cut Teams, or a link to anything that shows the results, feel free to let me know via Twitter DMs, @RyanPbHebert or on Discord @RyanPbHebert#7251.
Step 4: Once a week is completed, I'll make a new post with a new table, and a new link to submit table information!
That's about it!
So that's my initial plan, I really hope I can create a helpful resource for players looking to find tournaments to play in. Please feel free to pass on information to me as I'll be inputting information myself and from the google form. As much as I can find to help other people looking to play in tournaments!
